Most hot tubs claim to be the best. This one has been judged against its rivals and won. The SB344S is an award winning hot tub that WhatSpa have named a Best Buy three years running, most recently in 2025. So you are not taking our word for it, or the manufacturer’s.
Room for five, without the fuss
The seating takes two or three people across the bench, plus two moulded seats to sink into. Twenty four jets do the work, driven by a Balboa BP200UX heater and controlled from a Balboa TP500S panel. Because Balboa is the industry standard, servicing and spares are straightforward years down the line.
Aurora lighting runs LED corner panels and lit jets together, so evenings look the part. Bluetooth music is optional. The shell comes in three marble colours.
Cheap to run, easy to install
Super R10 insulation covers the base and sides. That insulation has been recognised by WhatSpa and the UK Pool & Spa Awards for energy efficiency, so the heat you pay for stays in the water. The tub holds 1,100 litres and runs as 13 amp plug and play, or as a 20 amp switchover if you want faster reheating.
It is also HSG282 compliant as a four seater, which is the standard a rental property must meet. If you let your property, this tub is legal for it.
Built to last, and warranted
The shell is USA Aristech acrylic on a steel frame, with a twin filter and an ozonator. Warranty runs five years on the steel frame, three years on the no-leak shell, three years on components and two years on the surface.

Everything. A pre-delivery site survey, insulated cover, cover lifter, steps, starter chemicals, delivery and positioning, installation, and water care training. Over £1,900 of extras, with nothing to buy separately.

A 32/13 amp rotary isolator with a 10m flex trail lead (not swa cable), will need to be in situ before delivery. We advise that you have an electrician on site on the day to connect the tub to the power source, we can do this however we cannot certify it.
